How to Reset Your CMI Microix Password

Follow these simple steps to reset your Microix password:

1. Go to the Microix Login Page
   Open your web browser and visit the CMI Microix login portal.
   https://microix.mip.com 

2. Enter Your Username
   In the Username field, type your Microix username.

3. Type Any Password
   In the Password field, type any random password (for example: 12345) and press Enter.

4. Click “OK” on the Invalid Password Message
   A message will appear saying “Invalid Password.”
   Click OK to close the message.

5. Click the “Reset Password” Link
   After clicking OK, a “Reset Password” link will appear below the login fields.
   Click on it to start the password reset process.

6. Follow the Instructions
   Once you receive a temporary password from your email, you can enter the required information and follow the prompts to create a new password.
   Make sure your new password meets the system’s requirements.

7. Log In with Your New Password
   Once your password has been successfully reset, please return to the login screen and sign in with your new credentials.
