The Help Center, formerly helpdesk.cmi.edu, is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for CMI Community. The Help Center contains a knowledge base and Guide Professional and Customer Portal for support requests.
The customers can search for knowledge base articles to learn a task or search the community, if available, to ask fellow users questions. They can submit a support request if they can't find an answer.

Good evening IT
Requesting if someone can please see to it that the D-10 equipment in room WH202 is fixed. This is going onto the second week and classes are being disrupted. I have students from other centers that need to zoom in.
I have notified Dallas, Koichy and Dyron who have been trying to fix it but to no avail. They have assured me that you (Boni Sanchez) were also notified. Another colleague and myself stopped by your office but you were out. We happened to meet Sallyann who were informed verbally.
I am new to this and I do apologize if this is not the venue to voice my grievance but I would greatly appreciate if the issue is fixed - my classes are AP and this is week 3.
